This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about social media platforms and enjoy helping users navigate their features. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients in Serbian, ensuring they receive the support they need to fully engage with their social media experiences. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries related to account management, features, and troubleshooting of social media services via phone, email, and chat in Serbian. Assist users with onboarding processes, privacy settings, and content moderation issues. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner. Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference. Collaborate with technical teams to address user issues and enhance the customer experience. Stay informed about the latest trends in social media and company offerings to provide informed assistance. Fluency in Serbian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service, ideally within the social media or tech industry. Strong communication skills with a keen focus on delivering excellent user experiences. Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries with patience. Aptitude for managing multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with social media platforms and CRM software is advantageous. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
