Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce a new opening for Serbian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the telecommunications industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about customer service and possess a strong understanding of telecommunications products and services. In this role, you will provide vital support to customers, answering inquiries and resolving issues while communicating effectively in Serbian. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to telecommunications services, plans, and technical support through phone, email, and chat in Serbian. Provide clear information regarding service activations, billing inquiries, and troubleshooting steps. Assist with account management tasks, including the setup of new services and changes to existing plans. Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Document customer interactions accurately in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Collaborate with technical support teams to facilitate service resolutions and improvements. Continuously update yourself on product knowledge and industry trends to enhance customer assistance. Fluency in Serbian (both written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is an advantage. Experience in customer service, particularly in the telecommunications sector, is preferred. Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. A customer-first mentality with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Proficient in using CRM systems and computer applications. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
