An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Associate Solicitor (NQ – 4 years PQE) to join a highly regarded Personal Injury team in Leeds. This position offers exposure to complex, high-value cases involving catastrophic injuries, including brain injury, spinal cord injury, and amputation claims.

· Supporting senior lawyers on high-value catastrophic injury claims.
· Running your own caseload of personal injury matters (with appropriate supervision).
· Drafting witness statements, pleadings, and legal documents.
· Instructing experts and Counsel.
· Managing disclosure, preparing trial bundles, and conducting litigation proceedings.
· Advising clients and their families with empathy and clarity throughout the claims process.
· Attending interim hearings and engaging with ADR where required.
· Supervising and delegating work to paralegals and trainees.
· Maintaining accurate time recording, billing, and financial performance.
· Actively contributing to business development, marketing initiatives, and client relationship management.
