This is a unique opportunity to join a national, Legal 500 law firm offering specialist quality legal advice for Serious and Catastrophic Injury. The firm is recognised across the nationally for its outstanding high-quality work.
The Catastrophic Injury team handle a number of claims involving for adults brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputations, and complex orthopaedic issues.
The firm are now seeking a Serious Injury Associate Solicitor. The ideal candidate will have wide-ranging experience, including a proven track record of dealing with Serious Injury work, including litigated multi-track cases. Candidates from either a Claimant or Defendant background will be considered.
The successful candidate will be expected to work self-sufficiently, running a complex and diverse caseload. They will manage a complex Catastrophic Injury caseload from inception to conclusion. They will also progress cases in line with the firm’s KPIs.
