We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while efficiently managing their orders and ensuring satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in the restaurant industry is preferred, with a solid understanding of food service operations.
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is highly desirable.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation regulations is essential for maintaining a safe dining environment.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated during busy shifts.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, specifically Micros POS, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Manage guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Perform upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Assist with food preparation when necessary, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards before serving.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any issues that may arise during meal service.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance knowledge of menu items, food safety practices, and customer service skills.
