468F is an upscale Pizza and Pasta restaurant committed to delivering authentic Italian flavors and culinary experiences to our valued customers.
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and preparation. You will work in a fast-paced environment, assisting with various tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our food service establishment.

SKILLS

  • Strong understanding of food safety practices and procedures.
  • Experience in food preparation within the food industry is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual responsibilities.
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn new skills related to food handling and service operations.

Responsibilities
  • Serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.
  • Take and process food and beverage orders accurately.
  • Prepare and serve drinks, including coffee, beer, and wine, following our recipes and standards.
  • Handle cash and card transactions securely.
  • Ability to upsell and increase the ticket size
  • Ensure overall cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area, organisation of work area while adhering to food safety guidelines and regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively with the head chef and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
  • Support bartending duties as needed
