As a Server, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience according to RSR hospitality standards. Responsibilities: Pass the Responsible Service of Alcohol Test. Serve a set number of tables as determined by management. Possess complete knowledge of RSR Restaurant’s food and beverage preparation. Sell alcohol and food items professionally. Use a computer for order processing. Interact with guests in a friendly and efficient manner. Maintain specific side-work and ensure the cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant. Clear and reset tables. Check guest identification for legal age to consume alcoholic beverages. Observe guest behavior, count drinks served, and offer a taxi to guests who should not drive. Ensure guest satisfaction, striving to exceed expectations. Report to work in a neat and clean uniform with well-groomed hair and personal hygiene. Other duties as directed. Requirements Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. 3 years of experience in a similar position. Basic mathematical skills with the ability to make change. Reading and writing proficiency. Computer skills for order processing. Knowledge of workplace safety procedures. State health and alcohol compliance cards (if applicable).
