As a Server Agent / Chef de Rang in our Sicilian restaurant, you will embody the warmth of Sicilian culture while delivering the impeccable service and elegance that define The Ritz-Carlton brand. You will be responsible for creating memorable dining and beverage experiences through attentive service, deep product knowledge, and intuitive anticipation of guest needs. Your Responsibilities: Provide personalized, anticipatory service in alignment with The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards Welcome and engage guests with genuine warmth, creating a sense of belonging and connection Ensure an exceptional dining experience by maintaining attentiveness throughout the guest journey—from seating to farewell Present menus and describe dishes and beverage pairings with accuracy and enthusiasm Take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly, ensuring all items meet presentation and quality standards. Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, and beverages Maintain deep knowledge of the restaurant’s culinary philosophy and regional ingredients Collaborate closely with culinary, sommelier, and bar teams to elevate the overall guest experience. Participate in pre-shift briefings, ongoing training, and service development programs Your Qualifications: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment. Prior bar or restaurant service experience preferred; knowledge of Sicilian cuisine is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering exceptional service Knowledge of wines, cocktails, and mixology; WSET or bar certification a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining grace and attention to detail Fluent in English and German; Italian language skills highly desirable.
