EXPERIENCE

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures is a plus.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is beneficial.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required by the business.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and seat guests promptly, presenting menus and providing information about daily specials.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest requests are met.
  • Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner, checking back with guests to ensure satisfaction.
  • Handle cash transactions responsibly, processing payments and providing change as necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns regarding food preparation or quality.
  • Assist in food preparation when needed, adhering to proper food handling and sanitation guidelines.
  • Provide excellent guest services by anticipating needs, responding to inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
