POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Server to join our team. As a Server at Alley Cat’s Pizzeria, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service, taking orders accurately, and ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience from start to finish.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
• A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Flexibility to work 5 days a week across evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Give knowledgeable food and beverage recommendations
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing our point-of-sale system
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately to guests’ tables
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure smooth service flow
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to maximize revenue
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly
