Description Four Points by Sheraton Suites Tampa Airport Westshore, managed by StepStone Hospitality, is seeking a friendly, energetic, and service-oriented Server to join our Food & Beverage team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to hotel guests while maintaining high hospitality and cleanliness standards. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner Take food and beverage orders accurately Serve meals and beverages promptly and efficiently Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience Prepare and reset tables in accordance with brand standards Maintain cleanliness of dining room, lounge, and service stations Process guest payments accurately using POS systems Follow food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations Assist with banquet functions and special events as needed Work collaboratively with kitchen and hotel team members Qualifications Previous restaurant or hotel serving experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability including weekends and holidays Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds Food Handler and/or alcohol service certification preferred Schedule Full-time and part-time positions available AM shifts open availability Weekend and holiday availability required Benefits Competitive hourly wage plus tips Hotel travel discounts Growth and advancement opportunities Benefits package for eligible full-time associates Equal Opportunity Employer StepStone Hospitality is committed to providing equal employment opportunities and maintaining a diverse and inclusive workplace.
