About the Role: The Server plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience during morning service hours within the accommodation and food services industry. This position is responsible for efficiently taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. The Server collaborates closely with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate timely and accurate order delivery while maintaining a clean and welcoming dining area. This role requires attentiveness to guests’ needs, effective communication, and the ability to multitask to handle multiple tables simultaneously. Minimum Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Previous experience in food service required. * Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts. * Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change. * Legal authorization to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience working as a server in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel environment. * Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. * Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and order management software. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to work early morning shifts consistently and reliably.
