What We Offer: Elegant atmosphere with crisp linen tablecloths and Fine China Made-to-order dining featuring top-quality, fresh ingredients Seasonal and regional menus with signature dishes and daily specials A supportive team environment focused on hospitality and excellence No late nights, so you can maintain a balanced life Essential Duties: Prepare tables, present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service. Remain knowledgeable about posted daily specials. Write food order and relay order to kitchen, serve courses from kitchen and service bars. Clear and reset counters or tables at conclusion of each course. Understand the Sanitation Cleaning System used in the Dining Room and follow through with full completion of duties and cleaning tasks. Assist in keeping dining tables and chairs, floors, linens and serving stations clean, bussed and stocked. Maintain required food handler's certifications Qualifications No experience is necessary, although previous food service experience is preferred. We will train you. You will have to go through food safety training to obtain and/or hold any required local, state, and/or county required food handling/sanitation licenses and/or certificates. You need to be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English. Basic computer skills are needed for POS system and payroll system. You possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action. You have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. You can maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward the residents and your co-workers. You have Great People Skills, Energetic and Great Personality!!
