  Minimum Candidate Qualifications:

  At least 6 months of experience in direct customer service, service and restaurant industry preferred

  Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull and carry items (plates, bags, chairs, food, etc.) for a short distance

As a server with us, you are the face of our company to the guests and will be the one welcoming them to enjoy their Blixt and Company experience. In addition you get to be apart of the procedures and preparations going on behind the scenes. We are a small team that values initiative, in conjunction with strong communication skills and an eye for extraordinary details.
We welcome guests from all over America to gather to enjoy an extraordinary experience, a great drink and share interesting conversations. You will be creating the atmosphere for our guests. Together with our Chef you will guide our guests through a state of the art dining experience.
We put value in understanding the needs of our guests. That might be remembering how they want their eggs to be served for breakfast, making sure there are olives for their cocktail at night, or engaging in a conversation about driven shooting.
