ABOUT US

Mimi’s Pub is a family friendly neighbourhood gastropub with an amazing variety of food, stone fired pizza, and an extensive beer and drink menu!

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
  • Interact with customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks
  • Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
  • Have in-depth knowledge of the food and drink menus
  • Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18+
  • Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender and/or Server
  • Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Valid Proserve certification

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
