HOMURA YAKINIKU BBQ RESTAURANT JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server and Kitchen Team Member to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional dining experiences by assisting with food preparation, Service for the Yakiniku BBQ style, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring food safety standards are met. REQUIREMENTS FOR SERVER:

  • Previous serving experience preferred (restaurant experience an asset).
  • Intermediate level of English communication (speaking, reading, and understanding).
  • Friendly, professional, and attentive to customer needs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS FOR KITCHEN STAFF:

  • Kitchen/restaurant experience preferred.
  • Strong teamwork and time management skills.
  • Willingness to learn and follow recipes, preparation, and safety standards.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and helpful attitude.
  • Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and kitchen operations.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
