We’re looking for a Server and Storage Lead to join our IT team. You’ll be responsible for the research, design, implementation, optimization, and administration of the organization’s hybrid infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have a deep technical expertise in infrastructure systems, a focus on service reliability and performance, and a commitment to continuously improve systems performance and availability. You’ll also provide escalated support on complex issues across the division. What you’ll do: Design, implement, administrate and secure services in: Azure (Containers, Storage Accounts, Virtual Machines, Key Vaults, App Services, Network Services, etc.) Hyper-V Clustering Windows and Linux Operating Systems Enterprise Storage Systems (iSCSI based storage solutions, backup disk appliances, etc.) Data Center Facilities Plan, implement, and execute disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies as well as measure performance, availability, and cost-efficiency in hybrid environments Provide strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Python, etc.) to drive efficiency Partner with development, and security teams to ensure infrastructure scalability, security, and performance meet business needs Lead initiatives and mentor junior team members.
