We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have experience in the food industry. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding dining experience to our guests while ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous restaurant experience is preferred, particularly in fast paced dining or upscale establishments.
• Culinary experience is a plus, enhancing your ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy service periods.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is advantageous.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential for maintaining a safe dining environment.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant’s schedule.

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS systems.
• Provide recommendations on menu items, including upselling specials and pairings to enhance the dining experience.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
• Process payments accurately through cash handling and basic math skills, ensuring all transactions are completed efficiently.
