QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid Safe Food Handler and Smart Serve certifications (required).
• Food Service Worker Certificate or enrollment in the program (asset).
• Experience in table service—hotel, restaurant, or healthcare preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and a friendly, resident-first attitude.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs and work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Must be up-to-date on training requirements through AON Academy.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Server, you will help create an outstanding dining experience for our residents and their guests. From daily meals to special events, your role will include table service, food prep support, dishwashing, and maintaining a clean, welcoming dining area. You’ll work closely with our kitchen and hospitality teams to ensure resident satisfaction every day.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver courteous, efficient, and professional table service.
• Take meal selections and complete tasks promptly.
• Communicate resident feedback to the kitchen team in a timely manner.
• Assist with food preparation and dishwashing duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area.
• Follow safe food handling practices and support continuous improvement.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and reliable attendance.
