JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred, with a strong understanding of hospitality principles.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is highly desirable.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential for maintaining a safe dining environment.
  • Strong time management skills to efficiently serve multiple tables while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and information about daily specials.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Micros POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly, checking back with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their meal.
  • Manage time effectively to balance multiple tables while maintaining high standards of service.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in both the dining area and service stations, adhering to food safety regulations.
  • Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring all items meet quality standards before serving.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure smooth operation during busy shifts.
  • Provide exceptional guest services by addressing any concerns or special requests promptly.
