Description Job Summary: The Server/Bartender is responsible for providing an excellent guest experience by delivering prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service. This dual-role position requires both front-of-house serving duties and bartending responsibilities, including preparing and serving beverages, taking food orders, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Key Responsibilities: Bartender Duties: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar. Monitor guests’ alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service. Manage cash and credit transactions accurately. Maintain knowledge of current drink trends and menu offerings. Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed. Server Duties: Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner. Present menus, take orders, and answer questions about food and beverages. Deliver food and drinks promptly and check for guest satisfaction. Handle payments and operate POS systems accurately. Follow all health and safety regulations. Maintain a clean dining area and assist inside work as required. Requirements Qualifications: Minimum age: 18 or 21+ (depending on local laws) Previous experience as a bartender or server preferred Knowledge of drink recipes and service techniques Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Must have or be willing to obtain necessary certifications (e.g., food handler’s card, alcohol service certification) Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Lift up to 25 lbs Bending, reaching, and stooping as needed
