Description Broadmoor Golf Club is looking to add to our team. We are looking for exciting, enthusiastic, and fun individuals, with wine knowledge, craft cocktail experience, elevated dining experience, and an overall positive and outgoing demeanor! Fine dining and technical service experience are a must! We offer an opportunity, to work in a friendly, team-focused environment. What You'll Do: Provide thoughtful, high-level service, and create an intimate dining experience for members. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu, including food, wine, and cocktail offerings, to make confident and personalized recommendations to members. Take and enter orders accurately. Pitching in wherever needed – everyone's on the same team here. Work Member golf tournaments and events on days a la carte services are not open. Requirements What We're Looking For: 1+ year in upscale or fine dining. Friendly, professional attitude and good communication skills. Passion for hospitality and a strong desire to make members and guests happy. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and as required by club scheduling. Certifications: MAST and Food Handler’s permit. Professional Image: Clean uniform looking sharp, showered, and tidy appearance. Good Communication Skills: Able to listen to others for understanding and effectively communicate. Team Player: Understands current role; asks for help when needed; offers help when able; encourages others; never leaves crew hanging. Good Attitude: Positive and enjoyable to work with; accepts feedback and coaching. Conduct: On time, adheres to all standards, and expectations. Must have a current WA State Food Handler Card and Mandatory Alcohol Serving Training (MAST) Permit. Ability to work as part of a team and independently. In depth knowledge of beer, spirits, wine, and cocktails. A strong desire to make our members happy. Excellent point of sales and money handling skills. Able to organize time effectively, thinks ahead and prioritizes tasks to ensure work load is balanced and urgent situations are dealt with immediately. Good communications skills listens to understand intended message and can deliver both positive and challenging messages in a way that can be heard and understood. Problem solving skills: Ability to think on ones feet and under pressure while maintaining a positive outlook and attention to detail.
