We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest services in a fast-paced food industry environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of hospitality and food safety.

SKILLS

• Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, with a focus on guest services.
• Strong upselling skills to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
• Proficient in cash handling practices with basic math skills for accurate transactions.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.

• Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Experience with cashiering and operating POS systems is a plus.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
• Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience for guests.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently while maintaining cash handling protocols.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
• Adhere to all food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests.
