Description Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and organized Server Assistant and Host to join our team. This dual role involves ensuring Members have a smooth dining experience by assisting servers with table maintenance and warmly welcoming guests at the door. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, works well under pressure, and is a team player. Responsibilities: Server Assistant Duties: Assist servers by providing support with table setup, clearing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness. Refill drinks, bread, and other table items as needed. Ensure that tables are prepped for the next Members by cleaning and resetting promptly. Maintain cleanliness of the service areas, including stations and dining areas. Support the overall efficiency of the dining room by keeping it well organized and stocked. Host Duties: Greet Members warmly and with a positive attitude as they arrive. Manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure efficient flow in the dining room. Escort Members to their tables, provide menus, and answer any questions. Monitor wait times and keep guests informed regarding table availability. Handle guest inquiries and concerns to provide an excellent customer experience. Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure. Customer service experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant setting. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. A positive attitude and a passion for delivering great service.
