JOB TITLE: Server Assistant Related Titles: Bus Person; Server Assistant Reports to: Clubhouse Manager, Dining Room Manager Pay Rate: $15-$17 per hour Position Summary Sets and cleans dining room tables before, during and after food and beverage service and club events. Essential Job Functions Delivers and promotes prompt, courteous and friendly service to all members, guests and employees. Promotes customer service to members, guests and employees. Assists servers in their tasks. Serves water to guests upon being seated. Assists in carrying food trays to tray stands in dining rooms. Removes soiled dishes from tables and carry to kitchen dishwashing areas. Removes soiled linen from tables (when applicable) and replace with clean linens. Sets tables with silverware, glassware and plates as applicable. Cleans floors in dining rooms Stocks server stations as needed. Folds napkins as directed by supervisor. Wipes down tables and chairs before and after meals. Performs other dining room service duties as directed. Responsibilities
