For more information, please visit our website at www.ofcc.org SUMMARY The Server Assistant creates a welcoming and exceptional experience for the Club’s members and guests at the Club’s three restaurants – 1915, Stagg, & 73rd Hole. Responsible for providing a five-star member experience and ensuring the cleanliness of the restaurants. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES Possess a personality that makes people feel welcome, with a passion for providing an outstanding member experience. Possess a can-do attitude and tackles everything with a smile. Efficiently completes assigned duties. Ability to think on your feet. Projects a calm, professional demeanor at all times and works well under pressure. Must be reliable and punctual. Self-motivated and accountable for one’s actions. Ability to work independently and as a team member. Requirements EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Must be at least 16 years old. Conversational English. Experienced computer user. Comfortable working inside and outside in a hot and noisy environment. Must be able to stand for long periods and move freely about the member dining spaces. Frequently lifts, carries, pulls, and pushes up to 20 lbs. EXPECTED WORK HOURS Daily shifts start as early as 11:00 am and end around 9:00 pm. Should have consistent availability week to week. Should be open to a flexible schedule as needed based on business needs, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Able to work during our golf season, April-December Overtime may be required to meet increased membership needs. Required overtime could extend the workday to 10+ hours.
