The Server Assistant/Busser is a vital role for creating exceptional guest experiences. Server Assistants/Bussers help maintain every detail with guest service throughout the dining experience. Responsibilities: Deliver a consistently high level of guest service to each guest and team member during their shift Proactive and anticipate the needs of coworkers around them that may need Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with health and safety guidelines Ensuring that side stations are prepped, cleaned and stocked for business demand Requirements/Qualifications: Must have a minimum of 2 or more years of experience in a high end fast paced environment Ability to read, write and speak English fluently Ability to multi-task Excellent teamwork and communication skills Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable work ethic Maintain a clean and professional appearance Available to work nights, weekends and holidays Must be able to stand for the duration of shifts and lift, move, carry, push or pull up to 50 lbs. as needed No job description for any position can possibly include all duties which may be requested by guests or required by the needs of the hotel.
