Description The Nolen Rooftop is now hiring a Server Assistant to support our fast-paced, high-volume rooftop bar and restaurant. This role is perfect for a hospitality professional who thrives in an energetic environment, enjoys working as part of a close-knit team, and takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences. As a Server Assistant, you’ll play a critical support role for our service team, ensuring smooth operations, strong guest flow, and an elevated rooftop experience from start to finish. Requirements What You’ll Do Support servers and bartenders during service to ensure efficient, seamless guest experiences Assist with food and beverage delivery and table maintenance Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, tables, and guest areas Reset and sanitize tables, countertops, and floors throughout and after service Help keep the rooftop well-stocked with glassware, supplies, and service items Be a visible, approachable presence for guests while supporting overall service flow Assist with ID validation and help monitor responsible alcohol service when needed What We’re Looking For A motivated, adaptable team player with a strong work ethic Ability to stay calm, focused, and positive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset Guest-first attitude with a passion for hospitality Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems on the fly Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Physical Requirements This position requires standing and walking for extended periods, lifting trays and supplies, and working in a dynamic rooftop environment.
