Description La Posada Hotel is looking for a motivated Server Assistant to support the restaurant team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role ensures tables are set, cleared, and maintained to provide guests with a seamless experience. Where You Can Make an Impact: Assist servers with delivering food and beverages to guests. Clear and reset tables promptly between seatings. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area. Refill water glasses and assist guests with additional requests. Monitor and restock supplies, such as napkins and condiments. Support servers in preparing tables for large parties or special events. Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations. Provide excellent customer service to enhance the guest experience. Assist with opening and closing duties as needed. Requirements Education/Formal Training: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must have Food Handlers & TABC certification. Experience: Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus. Knowledge/Skills: Strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and focus on cleanliness. Positive attitude and a guest-focused approach. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
Responsibilities
