Qualifications

The Server Assistant is responsible for assisting the Restaurant Server in serving the guest and maintaining and serving buffet items. Previous food and beverage experience is NOT required.

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 25 pounds)
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Food Handlers Certification required or must be obtained within the first 30 days of employment.
