MENU KNOWLEDGE & GUEST INTERACTION

• Possess a solid grasp of our menu offerings and the stories behind our culinary ethos to enrich guest interactions.
• Share insights and narratives of our dishes and their ingredients, engaging guests in the Published on Main dining experience.

STANDARDS & COMPLIANCE

• Adhere to the restaurant’s service standards, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring guest and staff wellbeing during service.
