We are looking to add a Server Assistant to our team. Benefits: * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Vision Insurance * Life Insurance * 401(k) * Free Associate Parking * Free Meal for every shift worked * 25% Discount in Resort Outlets * Hotel Discounts with OPL * Friends and Family Discount Responsibilities: * Assists servers in their tasks * Serves water, bread and butter as needed * Ensures all service stations in the kitchen are stocked and ready for service * Removes soiled dishes from table; brings to dish washing area * Completes set up and teardown of large party dining events as assigned * Deliver food to tables using the correct seat positions on the ticket * Place entrée to the correct seat positions accordingly, serving the women first * Sets tables with silverware, glassware and other items * Polishes silverware before and after shifts * Removes soiled linen, restocks work area with clean linens * Stocks servers’ station with supplies * Stocks bus station continually with ice, coffee, teas and other supplies * Collects trash from dining room and other specified places after each serving period * Maintains cleanliness of all dining and patio areas Qualifications: * High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required * Previous experience a plus * Must have courteous phone skills and the ability to take accurate messages The company also conducts post-offer employment verifications, motor vehicle, and criminal background checks. Responsibilities

The Server Assistant supports servers by stocking stations, serving food and beverages, and maintaining the cleanliness of dining and patio areas. They are also responsible for setting up and tearing down large party events and clearing tables.
