Overview:
As a Server Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within the restaurant. Your primary responsibility will be to assist servers and kitchen staff in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests.
Duties:
- Support servers in taking orders, serving food and beverages, and clearing tables
- Assist in food preparation and ensure timely delivery of dishes to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and work stations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food service efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by attending to guest needs promptly and courteously
- Help with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in compliance with health regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant is preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Interest in the hospitality industry and willingness to learn new skills
- Team player mentality with a proactive attitude towards assisting colleagues
