Oretta Midtown is looking for an experienced Server Assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 year experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant with excellent customer service skills, passion for hospitality, and a team-oriented environment. Previous experience working in fine dining with Italian food and wine knowledge is considered an asset.

authentic yet modern day Italian culinary experience.
In 2022, Oretta Midtown opened, and we are very excited to announce the opening of our third location, Oretta Downtown, in Summer 2025. We focus on delivering genuine Italian cuisine,
emphasizing fresh, high-quality ingredients and traditional cooking methods.
Our menu features a variety of classic Italian dishes with innovative twists on traditional
recipes. The restaurant’s design typically reflects a blend of classic Italian elegance with
modern aesthetics. Expect a stylish and inviting atmosphere that enhances the guest dining

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for Part-Time Server Assistants to join our Front of House team. The ideal candidate has experience in customer service, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can multi-task and bring a positive energy to the floor. As a member of the Server Assistant team, you must be reliable, take on several daily physical tasks, and be a strong team player. Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced dining establishment with guest interaction is an asset! Comfortable with guest-facing tasks such as romancing our amazing Cacio e pepe while serving it table-side.

• Availability with both day and night shifts during the week as well as on weekends and Holidays (fully available on Friday, Saturday and Sundays is a must)
• Smart Serve Certification
• Good understanding of English language is required, knowing Italian is an asset!

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Reporting to the Manager on duty
• Assisting with Opening or Closing of the restaurant
• Following daily Server Assistant checklists, including beautifications and shift cleanliness
• Polishing, food running, clearing, cleaning, and resetting the floor during peak lunch and dinner services
• Assisting servers with events
• Working as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Bringing a positive attitude and professional work ethic
• Adhering to Oretta Employee handbook
