Supports servers by ensuring tables are clean, reset quickly, and service flows smoothly. Greets guests warmly and works as part of the team to maintain a welcoming, organized, and clean dining environment.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly.
  • Keep tables, chairs, and surrounding areas clean and reset efficiently.
  • Assist with water service and help run food when needed.
  • Stock and maintain side stations throughout the shift.
  • Help with table setups and support service flow, including marking tables for upcoming courses.
  • Follow sanitation and safety guidelines, including Department of Health standards.
  • Attend pre-shift meetings and assist with opening/closing duties.
  • Report any broken or damaged items to management.
  • Stay positive, helpful, and professional throughout service.
  • Respond to Guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and polite manner
  • Adhere to all The Company Standard Operating Procedures
  • Maintain all The Company Sequence of Service Standards
  • Ability to communicate in English with Guests and co-workers
  • Keep the area clean and free of debris throughout shift
  • Keep area organized
  • Ensure nightly/weekly and opening/running/closing duties are completed
  • Maintain Company Safety and Sanitation Standards
  • Clean all spills and waste immediately
  • Disposes trash in designated receptacles
  • Appear in uniform for all shifts and promotional activities at scheduled time
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned
