QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred.
• Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential.
• Experience with POS systems (Aloha POS, Micros POS) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent guest services.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Culinary experience or kitchen experience is advantageous but not required.

• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately.
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests.
• Support food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
• Operate POS systems, such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, to assist with order entry and payment processing.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food presentation.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly.
• Participate in banquet service as required, ensuring all event needs are met efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Hosting duties are required as well.
