Description

We are looking for Servers to join our team! Sea Monkey is recently opened, and features a large, brand new space. We offer dinner service Wednesday through Saturday evenings, followed by a late night lounge. Sea Monkey is a high end club and lounge space, featuring a hidden speakeasy. We are open Wednesday through Saturday evenings. The menu features Mediterranean dishes with coastal influence, and focus on small bites and sea food offerings. This position will primarily serve dinner, but may occasionally help out with cocktail serving or bottle service. Candidates should have: -Open availability on all Friday and Saturday evenings -Have previous high volume restaurant or club experience -Be committed to creating a very high-end, guest-centric space -Able to work independently and proactively

Responsibilities

The server will primarily manage dinner service for a high-end Mediterranean restaurant and lounge. Responsibilities also include occasional cocktail and bottle service while maintaining a guest-centric environment.
