• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and drink orders accurately using the POS system, preferably Micros POS.
• Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, to assist guests in making informed choices.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
• Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high-quality guest service.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately through cashiering duties.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
