POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Able and willing to work weekends, early morning &/or evening shifts
• Ability to appropriately respond to guest requests
• Ability to use a point of sale system to input information
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, in order to receive instructions from managers and guests
• Prior hospitality or food and beverage experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to handle multiple tasks quickly and efficiently in a fast paced environment

POSITION PURPOSE:

Provide exceptional service and maintain a comfortable atmosphere.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Read event orders in order to carry out event as outlined by the client
• Set, serve, and break down events as outlined by the event orders
• Respond to guest requests quickly to ensure events run smoothly
• Keep banquet areas, public areas, and storage clean and organized
• Follow set standards to set, service, and clear assigned tables
• Communicate with supervisors and coworkers to ensure the shift runs smoothly
• Resolve guest issues &/or report concerns to managers/supervisors
• Maintains cleanliness and inventory in restaurant, public areas, kitchen areas, and storage areas
