JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests through attentive service, effective communication, and a thorough knowledge of our menu offerings.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.

  • Manage guest requests efficiently, including upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, adhering to sanitation standards.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely food preparation.
  • Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
