OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Banquet Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest services and a strong background in the food industry. As a Banquet Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our events run smoothly and that our guests enjoy a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with various banquet functions.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred.
  • Culinary experience or banquet experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong guest relations skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
  • Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations.
  • Experience in catering or restaurant environments is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented atmosphere while maintaining professionalism at all times.

Responsibilities
  • Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table settings and decorations.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with the bussing of tables, ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout the event.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food handling and presentation.
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests effectively.
  • Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations during food preparation and service.
  • Assist with the breakdown of events, including cleaning up dining areas and returning equipment to storage.
