REQUIREMENTS:

Previous serving experience in a cocktail bar or high-paced restaurant setting is required
Strong knowledge of cocktails and mixology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Customer-oriented mindset with a friendly and engaging personality.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high level of service.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring an exceptional overall experience.
Extensive Cocktail Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of our classic cocktails, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation.
Table Service: Efficiently and accurately take food and drink orders, serve items promptly, and monitor guests to ensure their needs are met.
Menu Guidance: Offer recommendations and descriptions of cocktails to guests, catering to their preferences and dietary restrictions.
Upselling: Suggest additional items or promotions to enhance the guest’s experience and increase sales.
Accuracy: Ensure orders are correctly entered and delivered to the right tables, double-checking for accuracy and special requests.
Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining tables and service stations, to provide a welcoming and hygienic environment.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with bartenders, kitchen staff, and other servers to ensure seamless service and excellent communication.
Payment Handling: Handle cash and electronic payments accurately and in accordance with our procedures.
Compliance: Follow all health and safety guidelines, including alcohol service regulations, to maintain a safe and responsible environment.
