JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through attentive service, effective communication, and a thorough understanding of our menu offerings.

EXPERIENCE

• 3 years of experience in fast paced restaurants is required.
• Knowledge of OpenTable & Toast POS is required.
• Valid Smart Serve is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both guests and team members.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations, including knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
• A genuine desire to help others and create memorable experiences for guests is essential for success in this role.

• Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. We use OpenTable for seating.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing strong time management skills. We use Toast POS for order handling.
• Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, while demonstrating knowledge of food safety and handling practices.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, ensuring all orders are correct and presented beautifully.
• Handle cash transactions responsibly, maintaining accuracy in cash handling and basic math skills.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns or special requests promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments, adhering to food safety standards.
• Assist with bartending duties as needed, showcasing versatility within the restaurant environment.
• Foster a positive dining experience by providing attentive service and anticipating guest needs.
