ABOUT THE ROLE:

In this dynamic position, you’ll take on a dual role as a skilled Barista and Front of House Team Member, dedicated to creating exceptional experiences for every guest.
We’re seeking someone who thrives in a customer-facing role, can work independently, and takes pride in engaging with customers to drive sales.
You’ll craft impeccable coffee while providing warm, friendly service. As our cafes operate as cafe restaurants, previous experience in waitressing and delivering excellent customer experiences is essential. Some shifts will involve working solo, so we’re looking for team members who can build customer relationships with confidence, professionalism, and a smile.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
