JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Barista to join our team. REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous barista experience or experience in the food industry is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and standards.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and responding to their needs promptly.
  • Assist with food preparation and serving as needed in compliance with food safety standards.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food handling and preparation.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the shift.
