The 19th Hole Indoor Golf & Social is looking for experienced Bartenders & Servers to join our team for the winter season to ensure our guests have the best experience possible!
The 19th Hole is more than just golf, we are looking to be Burlington’s next social house minutes from the downtown area. Whether your looking to play golf with friends, get behind the seat of an F1 car or enjoy our chef designed menu, there’s something for everyone to enjoy! Did we mention we also have pool tables and one of the largest bars in Burlington! Come down to watch the big game on our 85” tv and enjoy our selections of cocktails and beers on tap.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR!
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server/Bartender to join our team. The shifts will be weekend shifts with possibility to work weekdays if needed.
As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while preparing and serving a variety of beverages. If you have a passion for mixology, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked
- Take orders from guests and provide recommendations on drink selections
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar area
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding alcohol service
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or similar setting preferred
- Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and payment handling
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong food handling knowledge and understanding of food safety regulations
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling purposes
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide an outstanding guest experience
