We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic waiter/waitress to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere within our establishment.

SKILLS

• Proficient in bartending techniques, with a solid understanding of drink recipes and presentation.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
• Basic maths skills for handling transactions and calculating drink proportions.
• Excellent time management skills to manage multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous, ensuring compliance with health regulations.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
• Monitor customer behaviour to ensure responsible service of alcohol.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and placing orders as necessary.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
• Uphold food safety standards while preparing garnishes and serving drinks.
