Description

Server Under the general direction of the Food and Beverage Lead & F&B Manager, this position will be responsible for providing food and beverage service with an upbeat and positive attitude. Key Responsibilities: * Provides exceptional customer service to guests in an upbeat, positive and professional manner; * Demonstrates thorough knowledge of all food and beverage items available; * Takes food and beverage orders from guests in a friendly manner and provides recommendations to guests on special menu; * Delivers food and beverage items to guests from the bar and kitchen in a prompt manner; * Restocks, cleans and organizes all related work equipment and areas; * Processes all cash and credit card transactions utilizing the P.O.S. system; * Ensures accurate cash handling and balancing of sales and/or cash float at the end of the shift; * Clears dirty dishes, empty glassware and cleans tables properly; * Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations; * Performs other duties as assigned. Education and Qualification Requirements: * High School Diploma or equivalent working experience; * Minimum one (1) year of serving experience in a high-volume establishment; * Bartending experience - an asset * Willing to obtain & maintain Serving it Right Certification, and Gaming worker registration Our Companies are committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
