We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic server/bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous serving/bartending experience in a restaurant is preferred
  • Familiarity with POS systems
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently
  • Excellent sales skills to promote menu items effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations in the food industry
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence
  • Experience in brewing or cocktail preparation is advantageous
  • Working well with others to guarantee a successful service
  • Smart Serve certified
    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: $17.20 per hour
    Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard
  • Operate POS systems for order processing and payment transactions
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant
  • Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as necessary
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines during food handling and serving
  • Assist with banquet services or catering events as needed
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items
