JOB SUMMARY

As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to customers. You will create a welcoming environment for guests and ensure their satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in serving, bartending or a related role is preferred.
• Knowledge of food handling, food safety, and basic math skills
• Familiarity with the hospitality industry and restaurant operations
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Mix and serve drinks following standard recipes
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of beverages and bar supplies
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure excellent customer service
